Our Product Promise (1-Year Warranty) Offers 2 Services:
1.) Part Warranty Service:
If you experience a product problem, we promise to do our best to fix the issue by shipping a replacement part(s); some troubleshooting may be requested. We do this to ensure the part(s) we ship you will actually fix the reported problem. In most cases, we will not ask for the original part(s) to be returned to us. However, if we do we will provide you a return label; usually included in the shipment. In rare instances and solely at our discretion, TechMint Store may require the warranty exchange service to be utilized versus the Part Warranty.
** REQUIRED: In order to get you the most efficient assistance, we require a JPEG image that is showing the defect issue. Once we can confirm the issue is valid, we can next we can move forward with your warranty claim.
IMPORTANT: NO IMAGE/ VIDEO WILL DELAY IN PROCESSING YOUR CLAIM. WE ASK FOR THE VIDEO/ IMAGE TO FULLY UNDERSTAND THE ISSUE TO PROCESS THE WARRANTY ASAP!
2.) Exchange Warranty Service:
If troubleshooting is not possible, the results do not determine the proper part(s) to ship or the parts are not in stock, we require it or you prefer it TechMint Store will replace any TechMint Store product for the period of the disclosed warranty period. All we request is that the return cost be covered by the buyer, all original contents and any replacement part(s) are returned and in return upon delivery and processing (1-3 business days), TechMint Store will ship you a brand new replacement of the same item (or comparable model; if the original is not available) and we will cover the new shipping cost.
