Techmint Return & Refund Policy
- All returns must be authorized by TechMint or via the return system of the store from which you purchased the product.
- All authorized returns should include a RMA # when returned.
- All Orders purchased on Amazon from "Amazon.com LLC", "Amazon Warehouse" or "Warehouse Deals" must be returned and serviced through Amazon directly and are subject to the support, return and warranty coverage services & policies provided by Amazon support.
- Returns received without a discernible RMA # will be delayed as our support team attempts to identify the package and if possible reach out to our customer for a status update.
- TechMint Store does not issue partial refunds for the return of partial products or kits.
- All part(s) and/or components must be returned in order to receive a full refund.
