Restocking Fee Policy

We charge restocking fees to help cover the costs of inspecting, processing, and reselling returned items, especially when they are used, opened, or no longer in original condition. Our Restocking Fees align with marketplace guidelines (Amazon, eBay, etc).

  • The buyer changes their mind about a purchase and returns an item in the original, unopened condition within the return window = No restocking fee.
  • The buyer changes their mind about a purchase and returns an item in the original, unopened condition outside of the return window = Up to 20% of item's price, or refusal of the return.
  • The buyer changes their mind about a purchase and returns an item in the original, opened condition (damaged packaging) within the following return window: Less than 30 days = 5%, 30-60 days = 10%, 60-90 days = 15%, Over 90 days = 20% or more. 
  • The buyer returns an used item with minor damage = Up to 25% of item's price.
  • The buyer returns an used item with severe damage = Up to 50% of item's price.
  • The buyer returns an activation locked device (iCloud Locked, Google Locked, etc) = Up to 100% of item's price.
  • The buyer changes their mind about a purchase and returns an item within the return window. But the seller receives the item with damage, missing parts, not in original condition, or that have obvious signs of use for reasons not due to Amazon or seller error = Up to 50% of item's price.
  • The buyer refuses delivery due to visible damage incurred during shipping or caused by the carrier = No restocking fee. The seller pays for return shipping, but can file a claim with the carrier or insurance company, if they purchased insurance.
  • The buyer receives an used or damaged item due to shipping = No restocking fee. The seller can file a claim with the carrier or insurance company, if they purchased insurance.
  • The buyer returns an item that is materially different than what was shipped or returns missing items = Up to 100% of item's price
  • If there is abuse in returns, such as constantly returning multiple items for "no longer needed", then additional restocking fees may apply

Our Renewed Conditions

  • Excellent Condition: Pristine to Minor wear. The body may have light scratches or blemishes, lightly visible at a distance of 20 inches (about an arm's length) or more. The screen may have light scratches, invisible when turned on.
  • Good Condition: Minor to Medium wear. The body may have some visible scratches, blemishes, or tiny dents that do not affect performance or functionality. Screen may have scratches, lightly visible or invisible when turned on.
  • Acceptable Condition: Medium to Heavy wear. The body may have heavy scratches, blemishes, or dents that do not affect performance or functionality. Screen may have heavy scratches. Put a case over your device to hide the flaws and save a ton!

All our devices are fully functional and have completed our rigorous 20+ point inspection.
