What does “refurbished” mean at Techmint?
Every device is tested, securely wiped, repaired if needed, cleaned, and verified to be fully functional before sale. We grade cosmetics (A/B/C), list battery health on the product page, and include compatible accessories.
How do you test and certify devices?
Each phone goes through a multi-point diagnostic that checks hardware, battery health, sensors, buttons, connectivity, cameras, and more. We use industry-standard tools (including Phonecheck) and document results for quality control. Are your phones unlocked?
Unless a product page says otherwise, our phones are fully unlocked and work with major carriers. If a device is carrier-locked, we’ll state the carrier clearly in the title and description.
Do you sell blacklisted or financed phones?
No. We verify IMEIs against carrier block lists to ensure devices aren’t reported lost/stolen or blocked for unpaid balances, per GSMA block-list standards. devicecheck.gsma.com
What battery health can I expect?
We publish the tested battery health on each product page. For iPhone, we guarantee a minimum of 80% capacity unless the listing specifies higher. If your device arrives below the stated health, we’ll repair/replace or refund per our warranty.
What’s included in the box?
You’ll get the device, a charging cable (and/or power adapter when listed), and any accessories noted on the product page. Original manufacturer packaging isn’t guaranteed.
How do grades work (A/B/C)?

(A) Excellent Condition: Pristine. The body may have micro scratches or blemishes, not visible at a distance of 20 inches (about an arm's length) or more. The screen may have micro scratches, invisible when turned on.

(B+) Very Good Condition: Minor wear. The body may have light scratches or blemishes, barely visible at a distance of 20 inches (about an arm's length) or more. The screen may have light scratches, invisible when turned on.

(B) Good Condition: Medium wear. The body may have some visible scratches, blemishes, or tiny dents that do not affect performance or functionality. Screen may have scratches, lightly visible or invisible when turned on.

Are devices water-resistant?
Refurbished devices are not guaranteed to retain the original water-resistance rating. Avoid liquid exposure.
Data Security & Privacy
How do you wipe previous owner data?

Is Activation Lock/iCloud/MDM removed?
Yes. We only sell devices that are free of Activation Lock, iCloud lock, MDM profiles, and screen locks. If you ever see a lock screen, contact us immediately.
Orders, Shipping & Returns
Where do you ship from and how long does it take?
Orders ship from the U.S. within 1–2 business days. Transit time depends on the shipping option you choose at checkout. Tracking is provided for every order.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, to select countries. Duties/taxes are charged by the carrier or your local customs office and are the buyer’s responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout.
What’s your return policy?
90-day hassle-free returns from delivery. Items must include all accessories. We’ll provide a prepaid label for DOA/defective returns; change-of-mind returns may require return shipping and a restocking adjustment if accessories are missing.
What’s your warranty?
365-day functional warranty is included on most devices (details on each product page). You can purchase extended coverage at checkout when available. To start a claim, contact support with your order number and the issue—most claims are resolved with a quick diagnostic and RMA.

Will my phone work with my carrier?
If the listing is Unlocked, it works with major GSM carriers. For CDMA or specialized networks, check your carrier’s BYOD page with the IMEI. 5G/eSIM support varies by model; see the product specs or ask us in chat.
How do I transfer data from my old device?
Use Apple’s Quick Start/Move to iOS, Google’s Data Transfer Tool, or your preferred cloud backup. We’re happy to help if you get stuck.
What if I get “SIM not supported” or “No service”?
Restart, insert a certified SIM/eSIM, and update carrier settings. If it persists, contact us—your device may require a carrier-specific configuration.
